1. No mold locking
Handling method:
·Check the travel switch in front of the safety door and repair it.
·Check the 24V5A power supply inside the electrical box, replace the fuse and power box.
·Check if the valve core is stuck and clean the valve core.
·Check if the I/O board has output and if the solenoid valve is energized.
·Check if the hydraulic safety switch is pressed and if the mechanical lock lever baffle is open.
2. The twisting sound of the mold opening and closing machine
Handling method:
·Check if the lubrication oil pipe is disconnected, and if so, the oil pipe must be reconnected.
·The amount of lubricating oil is small, so increasing the amount of lubricating oil is recommended. It is recommended to apply oil once for 50 molds or manually add enough lubricating oil.
·The locking force is high. Check if the mold needs a high locking force and lower the locking force.
·Adjust the current of the amplification board in disorder, check if the current parameters meet the acceptance standards, and readjust the current value.
·If the parallelism exceeds the tolerance, use a dial gauge to check whether the parallelism of the first two plates exceeds the acceptance standard; Adjust parallelism.
3. Wait a few seconds before opening the mold
Handling method:
·Slow starting speed, check if the screw damping is too large, and adjust the screw damping hole smaller.
·The middle hole of the damping screw is too large. Check whether the damping of the Y hole screw is too large. Replace the damping screw with a thin central hole.
4. Mold opening and crawling
Handling method:
·The second board guide rail and Golin column are severely worn. Check the second board guide rail and Golin column, replace the second board copper sleeve and Golin column, and add lubricating oil.
·Improper adjustment of mold opening speed and pressure. When the flow rate is set to 20 and the pressure is set to 99, the second plate of the mold should not crawl. Adjust the flow proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole, and adjust the linear current value of the proportional valve.
·There is air and exhaust in the pipeline and oil cylinder.
5. The mold cannot be opened
Handling method:
·Increase the mold opening and locking speed. If the pressure and flow rate are too low and not adjusted properly, check if the mold opening and locking speed and pressure are appropriate. Increase the mold opening and locking pressure and speed.
·The zero position of the locking electronic ruler has changed. Check if the locking straightening machine stops at zero after twisting, and readjust the zero position of the electronic ruler.
·Check for reverse hinge.
6. The automatic production middle note mold will become tighter or looser
Handling method:
·There is internal leakage in the mold regulating solenoid valve, check if the solenoid valve is of "O" type;
·Check if there is a mold adjustment action when manually performing other actions and see if the valve is stuck.
7. When other actions work after mold locking, fully automatic and slow mold opening
Handling method:
·If the oil plate leaks, check or replace the express locking valve, and replace the oil plate.
·If the mold opening valve leaks, start the oil pump and lock the mold to terminate. Press the injection table or glue injection action to check if the second plate moves back. Replace the mold opening oil valve. Normally, the mold is unlocked without moving.
8. Only the opening action is allowed during mold locking
Handling method:
·Connect the wrong wire, check if 24VDC is connected to the valve, check the circuit and wiring.
·If the valve is stuck or the valve core is installed incorrectly, check if the valve core is installed incorrectly or blocked, and reinstall or clean the valve core. Under normal circumstances, the opening and locking action of the mold does not move.
9. Poor mold locking
Handling method:
·A. Improper adjustment of B hole. When setting the system flow rate of 20 and pressure of 99, observe whether the locking action is crawling and readjust or replace the valve.
·There is air in the oil circuit, listen for air noise in the oil circuit, check for bubbles in the oil, and exhaust.
·Improper adjustment of the ramp up and down of the amplification board. Observe whether the current value of the ammeter is proportional to the rise and fall changes or the speed, and adjust the amplification board.
10. Unable to withstand high pressure during mold locking, exceeding the stroke
Handling method:
·If the limit switch exceeds the limit, check if the mold adjustment is appropriate and adjust the appropriate mold thickness; Check if the motor is in normal condition.
·If the hydraulic limit exceeds the stroke, check if the electronic ruler's stroke position is appropriate, and adjust the mold to move forward appropriately.
11. Manual with mold termination, semi-automatic without mold termination
Handling method:
·The mold opening valve is leaking. After manually shooting the table, observe if the second plate is moving backwards and replace the mold opening valve.
·Check the maximum stroke and pressure flow rate of the electronic ruler.
12. No ejector pin action
Handling method:
·The limit switch of the ejector pin is broken. Use a multimeter to check if the 24V proximity switch is on. Replace the ejector pin limit switch.
·Block the valve, use a hexagonal spoon to press the top needle valve core to see if it is movable, and clean the pressure valve.
·The ejector pin limit rod is broken. After stopping the machine, remove the limit rod by hand and replace it.
·The ejector pin switch is short circuited. Use a multimeter to check the zero voltage between the ejector pin switch and ground, and replace the ejector pin switch.
·Improper setting of electronic ruler position.
13. Ejector needle out of control during semi-automatic operation
Handling method:
·The ejector pin board is damaged. Check if the circuit is normal and the normal voltage is DV24V. Repair the ejector pin plate.
·If the line is broken, thoroughly check the switch connection line and the connection line on the I/O board. Check the wiring and rewire it.
·Check the mold for misalignment.
·Check if the sealing ring of the oil cylinder piston rod is damaged.
14. Loud sound during mold opening
Handling method:
·Proportional linearity difference, poor adjustment of opening and closing time, position, pressure and flow rate. Check the parameters for oblique rise and fall, and adjust the parameters for oblique rise and fall.
·The lubrication of the locking machine hinge is poor. Check the lubrication of the Golin column, the second plate sliding foot, and the hinge. Increase lubrication and increase the frequency of oiling.
·The locking force of the mold is too large. Check the locking force when the mold is under force, and reduce the locking force based on the user's product situation. Check if the time position is appropriate.
·Check the parallelism deviation of the first and second plates. Adjust the parallelism error of the second board and the head board.
·The set position for slow to fast mold opening is too small and the speed is too fast. Check if the slow to fast mold opening position is appropriate and if the slow mold opening speed is too fast. Extend the slow mold opening position and reduce the speed of slow mold opening.
